Valencia defeats Barca and threatens the two parties to lose the lead

Barcelona suffered its first defeat under the leadership of its new coach, Kiki Sitten, and fell to its host club Valencia with two clean goals, today, Saturday, in the twenty-first stage of the Spanish Football League.

Barcelona became threatened with losing the top of the Spanish league in favor of its historical rivals, Real Madrid, where the balance of the Catalan club was frozen at 43 points; a difference of goals only from the royal club, which meets tomorrow Sunday with its host Valladolid.

Valencia's first goal came with friendly fire, and Jordi Alba scored it in his own goal in the 48th minute, then Uruguay striker Maxi Gomez added the second goal within the 77th minute.

Gomez missed a penalty kick for Valencia in the 12th minute, after goalkeeper Mark Andre Terre Stegen, who brilliantly starred in the first leg of the match, thwarted a number of attacks to score.
