Dutch Van der Gibb: "It would be better for Ziyech to leave Chelsea because Tochel wants runners in midfield."
The former player of the Netherlands national team, Rene van der Geb, believes that Moroccan Hakim Ziyech has been called upon to change the atmosphere at the end of the current season, referring to the "difficulty" of finding a place for him in the German coach, Thomas Tuchel.
"It was a good decision when Lampard was there," said Van der Gibb, about Ziach's move to the London club.
He added, "(The former coach of the Blues) was very excited to put him in the squad. Then another coach came who wanted to play in a different way."
Then he concluded, "Tuchel wants midfield runners (like Kante) instead of people like Ziyech. Now he's in trouble, so it is better for him to leave."
It is reported that Ziyech participated in 17 games (919 minutes) under the leadership of Frank Lampard, before losing his official position bit by bit after changing the coach, where he played 10 matches (522 minutes) under the leadership of Thomas Tuchel
