Officially : Liverpool announces Nike contract

Liverpool, which has been marching steadily toward its first title in the English Premier League since 1990, has announced that it has signed with "Nike", a sports equipment company, to be effective from next season, to be replaced instead of "New Balance".

 Liverpool said in a statement that "Nike" will supply men's and women's teams, academia, training teams and employees of the Liverpool Foundation (+ Liverpool Foundation +) in play and training clothes, adding, through the manager and chief commercial officer Billy Hogan, "Zeina is a distinctive part of our history and identity."
