A clause in a wise contract that gives "preference" to Dortmund to sign him if Real Madrid decides to do without

The German newspaper "Bild" confirmed today, Thursday, that Borussia Dortmund has a "slight advantage" to permanently sign the Moroccan player, Ashraf Hakimi, in light of the interest of major European clubs.

  Ashraf Hakimi's loan to Borussia Dortmund will end in next June, with the German club not retaining the "option to buy it" according to the agreement he signed with Real Madrid in the Moroccan deal (sum
mer 2018).


  The "Royal Club" reserves the decision to decide a Hakimi future, by restoring it or selling it to one of the clubs interested in him in the summer Mercato 2020, as the newspaper "Bild" made it clear that Borussia Dortmund will be the second option for the Moroccan player - after the option to return to Madrid - as he got a "preference"  Hiring him if Real Madrid decides to abandon him this summer.

  The same source indicated that one of the clauses of the contract signed by Hakimi with Dortmund allows the German club to negotiate first with Real Madrid - before any other club - and this is what actually happened, by starting talks between the two parties to determine the fate of the player who was said to be one of the main pillars in the squad  Zidane during the next season.
